Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that all deliveries outside of the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
Additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply. The customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes.

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders for items in stock are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Some items may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the special packaging required. When your order is sent out, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the shipment.
Due to some of our products needing such speciality, they need to be made specifically for you.

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for ordering from us, we are sorry this didn't work.
For return of products. A return request that is adherent to the terms has to be sent within the first 14 days of receipt, without the need to specify the reason for return. Goods can only be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. The buyer pays the cost of the return shipment. The item has to be in the condition that the customer received it in, and all the parts of the product as well as the original product package and manual are included in the return shipment. Items needing assembly should be returned unassembled.
The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping box. If your items were delivered on a pallet, please keep it for a potential return.
The right of return does not apply to the following types of products:
Made to order or fabrics cut for order
Textiles such as rugs etc.
Products part of a sale or clearance
Damaged Products
Should the product you have purchased arrive in a damaged condition, we are here to help and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes result in damage during transit.
To ensure a smooth resolution process, we kindly ask you to:
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours: If the product you received is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery arriving at your location.
Please make sure to keep both the packaging and the products during the claim process. Damage reported later than 48 hours of receipt will not be compensated.
- Provide Photo Evidence: Along with your contact, please email us at contact@privumstore.com and attach clear photo evidence of the damages.
- Explain the Situation: In your email, please provide a detailed explanation of what has happened and the extent of the damage. This will help us understand the issue better and expedite the resolution.
