We grant a warranty period of two years for 101CPH Products. If a product becomes defective due to a material or production error during this period, we will replace the part of the product which is broken or the whole product. The power of decision lays in such with us.
The warranty claim does not apply to damages which are the responsibility of the Buyer, such as damage caused by normal use (wear and tear), improper handling, temperature, weather conditions or other damages not at the responsibility of us. You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us by e-mail at contact@privumstore.com. Please describe the claim as detailed as possible and attach the original invoice, pictures of the defect as well as the serial number on the product if applicable.
