The warranty claim does not apply to damages which are the responsibility of the Buyer, such as damage caused by normal use (wear and tear), improper handling, temperature, weather conditions or other damages not at the responsibility of us. You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us by e-mail at shaswar@privumstore.com. Please describe the claim as detailed as possible and attach the original invoice, pictures of the defect as well as the serial number on the product if applicable.
